Razer, the world's leading manufacturer of high-end precision gaming peripherals, has launched the Lunar White Razer DeathAdderTM, the first gaming mouse in Razer's portfolio specifically developed for the Mac OS X gamer.
Ergonomically designed for a right-handed gamer, the DeathAdder features 1800dpi (dot per inch) 3G Infrared Sensor technology, which gives gamers movement speeds that are 2.25 times faster than a standard 800dpi optical sensor mouse. Impressively, the DeathAdder also provides a response time of 1000Hz/1ms, compared to the standard 125Hz/8ms found in a conventional gaming mouse, thus providing users with greater precision even during the most intensive gameplay.
The Razer DeathAdder also boasts five independent HyperesponseTM buttons and award winning On-the-Fly SensitivityTM drivers that enables players to instantly change and adjust mouse sensitivity settings to their game environment. As a bonus, the mouse possesses a smooth rubber coated matte black finish that enhances gripping traction while maintaining a dry surface, with a pulsating white Razer logo that illuminates its elegant curves.
"The Razer DeathAdder is one of the greatest gaming mice we have developed and we are pleased to offer Mac gamers with an alternative - a mouse known for its precision and speed," said Robert "Razerguy" Krakoff, president of Razer.
The Razer DeathAdder for Mac is distributed by Audion Innovision and is available now from leading retailers and authorized Razer resellers nationally (as to the PC version).
