Razer, leading manufacturer of high-end precision gaming and lifestyle electronics peripherals, has launched the latest addition to its headset range with the Carcharias™, a circumaural gaming audio headset designed for extended hours of gameplay.

With a focus on uncompromised comfort and audio clarity, the Razer Carcharias features a circumaural shape to allow full over-ear coverage, as well as interchangeable ear pads for a custom fit. Coupled with a fully adjustable headband, the headset delivers a comfortable package that any user can wear over long periods of time.

As Robert “RazerGuy” Krakoff, president of Razer, comments:
“The best entertainment experiences happen when you are fully immersed in your game, and hardware shouldn’t get in the way of that. [The Razer Carcharias is] for gamers who understand how high quality audio communications can mean the difference between winning and losing.”

The Carcharias headset also boasts impressive audio clarity, with a deep, thumping bass, as well as a noise filtering microphone, which works to reduce background noise for clear voice-over. Additionally, a conveniently-placed inline remote lets users quickly and easily adjust volume and mute the microphone, while the three metre cable with gold-plated connectors ensures a secure connection.

Distributed by Audion Innovision, the Razer Carcharias Headphones are available late March with an RRP of $199.95.
